Nancy3 hoffman
Nancy 3 is a singer, accordionist, pianist, and musical director. As a cabaret singer, Ms. Three is well known for singing in six or seven languages on any given program. Nancy 3. is also a member of The Casco Bay Tummlers, www.cascobaytummlers.com a klezmer band.
Janine Blatt
Janine made her accordion debut in 1996 with Squeeze, Please! a homegrown Peaks Island group, and has been playing ever since. She is also a member of the Ideal Maine Social Aid and Sanctuary Band.
Peter Blackstone
Peter loves to play and compose on accordion and guitar. He firsttook lessons on a 12 bass accordion in 4th grade. Besides The MaineSqueeze, he has played in an African band, a folk band, a gospel band and aZydeco band. He also currently plays in the Casco Bay Tango Project.
Barbara Truex
Barbara has been involved with music since she was a toddler. Herfavorite instruments are mountain dulcimer, and various kinds of ukuleles, guitars, banjos, zithers and hand percussion. She hosts a weekly global music program on WMPG in Portland. Her compositions have been performed in many settings beyond concerts including theatrical, dance and audio drama productions. Sally Trice
Sally was captivated when she saw her first accordion as a ten-year-oldand begged her parents to let her take lessons. She's been squeezing ever since and also teaches accordion, sight-singing, and theory, working with students of all ages.
Alina Blakesley
Alina, originally from England, was raised in a vibrant Polish community that loved music and dance. She honors her roots through Polish songs and dances and has an extensive repertoire to entertain on any occasion.
